 1. Fabric sofa:

  Products can be made according to client's requirement, Various colors available.

  Creative originality modern form and spacious comfort balanced by the luxurious feather

   filled cushions, covered in your choice of leather and fabric.

 2. Fabric:

  a: Flax & cotton cloth ---- warm in winter, cool in summer, environmental protection, unshrinking.

   b: Tomenta fabric ---- antipollution, water proof, static proof.

 3. Leather:    a: 100% aniline leather from Italy   b: Top grain leather from Italy   c: PU / PVC

   Foam: one-piece high density foam

 4. Frame:

  All solid, selected solid larch frame,

  High elastic belt/no-sag spring.

  High density foam cushion.

  superior quality, perfect for your home.

 5. The frame inside is rather firm, it is made of polished oak,. The main frame

   is 3*9cm,and 5*5cm.and the assistant frame is 3*5cm. All the frame was specially processed by a series of craftwork before mixing up, such as drying, worm-proof, bacteria-proof.steam drying.prevent bristletail, water content11%-13%.meet the international requirements. The inner plywood frame stress is highly dense and the thickness is more than 1.5cm.

The sculpt part is 0.5cm plywood, most of the sitting cushions contain spring package.

 And highly dense sponge is used to make the sitting cushion.

7.  Warranty period:

   We guarantee the quality for 2 years.

 

 DELIVERY/SHIPPING DETAILS:

 1. Payment Term: 30% deposit/USD$, 70% balance/USD$ by T/T against B/L copy .

 2. Delivery time: one 40 "HQ container, / 7-10 days, two 40 "HQ / 15 days,

   in July.2009, our Egypt customers made a 600,000 US dollars contract,

   the delivery day is only 35 days;

 3. MOQ: 5 sets, you can mix different colors in one container.

 4. With regard to insurance: We generally only do EX-factory price and the FOB price, the general insurance premiums is covered by the customers;  

6.Packing: four layer package:

1)      thin plastic bag;

2)      hard cardboard for corner and edge protection;

3)      pearl cotton;

4)      nylon fiber bag;

5)      the legs are removed and packed separately.

 

 

7.Quality Control:

1)      before the order confirmation, material and color of the chosen sample are check to see if they are avaible or not, to make sure the product is in accordance with the customers’ requirement.

2)      Different phases of the whole production is check and examine to ensure the quality;

3)      Every sofa is checked and cleaned before packing;

4)      Before delivery, a QC sent by the customers or a third party is welcomed to check the quality;

5)      Warranty period is TWO years, when problems occurs, we will try our best to solve the problem .
